Terms of Participation

§ X Compliance, Corporate Ownership of Rewards and Anti-Bribery

1. The Program is intended exclusively for companies, commercial businesses, public sector entities and other organisations acting in the course of their business, professional or institutional activities. Participation by consumers or private individuals is excluded. The participant in the Program is exclusively the registered company or organisation.
2. Registration for the Program may only be completed using a business email address belonging to the participating company or organisation. Jarltech reserves the right to reject, suspend or delete registrations made using private email addresses.
3. Any individual using the Program acts solely as an authorised representative of the participating company or organisation. All reward points, redemption rights and rewards belong exclusively to the participating company or organisation.
4. Rewards shall be delivered exclusively to the business address specified by the participating company or organisation, or to another business location designated by it. Deliveries to private residential addresses, post office boxes or other addresses not associated with the participating company or organisation are not permitted.
5. Cash payments, cash equivalents, transfers to private individuals or exchanges of points or rewards for money are excluded.
6. The participating company or organisation represents and warrants that its participation in the Program, as well as the acceptance and use of rewards, complies with all applicable laws, regulations and its internal compliance, anti-corruption, procurement, tender and approval policies. The participating company or organisation is solely responsible for obtaining any required internal approvals or authorisations.
7. The Program is intended solely as a customer loyalty and sales promotion initiative. It does not constitute consideration for any specific purchasing, procurement, tender, sourcing or other business decision. Participation in the Program does not create any obligation to purchase specific products, achieve minimum purchase volumes or favour any particular manufacturer or supplier.
8. Jarltech reserves the right to exclude participants from the Program and to cancel or reclaim reward points and rewards in cases of suspected manipulation, misuse, violations of compliance requirements, use of unauthorised registration details or the provision of false or misleading information.
9. Jarltech reserves the right to refuse or suspend the delivery of rewards and to request additional information or documentation where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a reward may benefit a private individual or that the redemption may violate applicable laws, compliance requirements or internal policies of the participating company or organisation.
10. The participating company or organisation shall indemnify and hold harmless Jarltech against any claims, damages, fines, penalties, costs and expenses arising from or relating to the participation in the Program or the acceptance or use of rewards in violation of applicable laws, regulations or internal policies of the participating company or organisation.
